I think there's an unknown phenomenon that makes people laugh uncontrollably when they are talking about something funny while being filmed by a camera. It has happened before (for example, the famous TV host of "Boemerang" - look it up). This needs to be examined scientifically.

no ill will against anyone who doesn't know who Depardieu is, but the fact that most Americans don't know who he is IS an example of the culture-bubble we live in. if we're so quick to criticize the corruption of corporate America and conservative ignorance and antagonism to education, we should then be willing to acknowledge how horribly uninformed we have become of global culture over the years, cuz it's a pretty apparent fact
