Civic Technology (and in the sense he means) are my focus.

The Individually-controlled/Common­s-dedicated Account... in its mechanism, implementation design, monetization and planned ownership by the Commons forms a fundamental distributed network for scaled speech and association. A network simply offered, not imposed. But whose characteristics offer and encourage adoption of an "Enlightenment" approach.
