Had one once, in 5th gear it wasn,t good at pulling through when encountering wind or a slope, but i remember this enginesound so well.

It revved 12000 with no problems, your,s has a odd knock in the engine (??).

cant really tell with the quality of the sound, but it sounds like you have some excessive tappet rattle.

If so, its pretty easy to sort out if you have the manual for this bike.

dieser Sound ist unvergesslich, solo war man auf der Landstrasse flott dabei,, nur das Anfahren bergauf mit zwei Personen.... man musste den Motor auf 11000 Touren bringen und dann losfahren, bei ungelogen krassem Sound, und trotzdem sehr gefühlvoll mit der Kupplung umgehen, reine Nervensache also. Aber dieses Maschinchen hat mir soviel Freude gemacht...und ganz ehrlich, ich bin jetzt fast ausgerastet, als ich diesen sound wieder hörte...., vielen Dank für dieses Video

da beneide ich Dich, ganz klar! Im Video kommt der Sound ganz realistisch durch, beim Überholen des Traktors und dann auf der geraden Strecke, Du hörst ganz genau, wenn der Motor anfängt Leistung zu bringen und wenn er ausdreht. Ich hab meine seinerzeit aus Geldmangel verkauft, schmerzt mich noch heute, Meine Transalp, erste Serie, werd ich nicht mehr hergeben, mit ihr gings dann quer durch Europa! Giselher

geb ich Dir völlig recht, damals war 125ccm 4T meist 12 PS und ca 100 Spitze, 2T wollte ich nicht, 250 war zu teuer, dann kam dieses Rädchen und ich hab zugegriffen, Einsteiger, mit viel Vertrauen auf Honda 4Ts. Definitiv ein vollwertiges Motorrad, was mir auf einer Aktion "Frühstück in Venedig" engültig klar wurde. Über Nacht, auf Landstrasse, von München nach Venedig, Frühstück, Kurzschlaf, und dann wieder zurück.

Dieses Video hat mir einen Riesenspaß gemacht , weil mein erstes Mopped im Jahr 1978 (ich war grade 18 eine cb 125T war. Immer wieder habe ich versucht mich an diesen geilen Supersound zu erinnern und jetzt das! Ich könnte mir das immer wieder ansehen! Vielen Dank, du hast einen alten Knacker wieder glücklich gemacht.

i am hopefully getting a 1982 honda cb 125 tdc superdream just wondered if you knew what the top speed would be and how long it takes to get there also what sort of speeds the bike is most comfortable at

I had a W reg one.  It did about 70mph, got there pretty quickly though. 70mph was 10000rpm

Not really! In the video, the CB isn't running at maximum of rp/m. But if you decide to drive on bigger hills, the engine will sometimes shut down for 3-5min because of the motorheat.

have you ever had any trouble with your bike has it been reliable i know they have good reputations
