Yeah, this was on the Crown Princess. The captain handed the wheel over to one of the lutenants. But he put the wheel in auto drive. The ship started to tip because he turned the corner too fast, but sense he was so paniced he turned the ship even more on the same side. 300 were injured, 1 was overboard but was found and all of the passengers had to leave. The ship was out of service for 4 weeks.

this is a true event happend on the Crown Princess of Princess Cruises after leaving Port Canaveral, Florida back in 06. It was a mistake by a crew on the bridge he overcompensated and made a mistake. He was let go.
