Well if that is what Chuck believes, thats wonderful. No matter how you slice it Jay-Z is not a rookie. A better term would be most improved since he's really been in the game awhile no matter how you slice it.

It's the master of ceremonies, your job is to rock the crowd at the party, the rest is window dressing....But I take your point, "most improved" works better for me too as I think the real challenge is rocking a hostile or indifferent club crowd. Rocking a stadium full of fawning fans isn't as much of a challenge (not that I'd know). I guess I just have so much respect for Chuck I'm always gonna try to see his point.
