Too Hot To Sleep was one of the most underated AOR albums of the 80's.. In the history of melodic rock, Survivor should be as respected as the likes of Journey, Foriegner and Styx.

I was with some friends on the east coast in 1990 or so and we stumbled into a bar with a $12 cover because Survivor was playing that night. I was blown away they were awsome.  Anyone who only knows them by Eye of the Tiger is missing out.

That's a good question. Why Survivor is not around making concerts with a lot of the Poisons now a days I don't know. I know this you want to succeed you you stick together and survivor was bits and pieces making great music... They need to come together for you to see them again... Diversity fuels redemption. Unity =success ..They were great .They still are.. IT's ,their choice to come forward and fight or give up. ....they were taken apart, but that is society. They have the talent. Choice.

I saw Survivor live like a month ago, they have a new singer and he sounds really good. Just saw Jimi on Saturday playing with other people. He has a really great new solo album, he only played the popular Survivor stuff though. Love the Survior but he can also make great music on his own you should check it out :)
