  • very informative, thanks for sharing

  • 2 email accounts configured so far thanks sooo much!!!

  • wonderful video for learning to configure outlook 2010, just watch the advanced settings as you change the ports and click ssl it reverts back to the old port. you go to test and wonder why it failed. thats why.

  • thank you

  • Thanks this workedwith the maunal settings given - unlike a lot of the other sites which showed how to do this with the automatic server settings.

  • when i go to the gmail folder on outlook and delete all mail messages it still comes back over there... why is that?

  • Thanks a lot yoo

  • My father is having problems sending emails what should i do?

  • Thank you for this!

  • Thanks Good tutorial!

  • How do I set up outlook to delete the emails I read from both outlook and actual account. Every time I delete an email, I have to go into the actual email provider to delete it too... kind annoying :/

    thank you

  • Hi, whenever I email someone it doesnt email them my message??? why is that? and Dial Up connection i cant click on it???

  • Nice video great to understand and follow, but how do now get my contacts and calendars to sync on a 64-bit os with a 64-bit version of outlook 2010.

  • @bordwalk2000 G'day mate. Usually with the calendar I would suggest using Google Calendar Sync but as you have probably found out it is not supported on the 64 bit Outlook 2010 product. Unfortunately I have not yet found a free utility that can synchronise either the calendar or the contacts consistantly for the 64 bit version. If you happen to come across one I would be thrilled to hear about it!

  • Very nice. i looked everywhere for one as good as this. thanks

  • @thecmilne321 Thanks for the feedback mate!

  • I'm having problems when I click the test the first thing loads, but the test E-mail doesn't complete.

  • @littletrex7 Hello mate. Can you be a little more specific? Do you get an error? Based on what you have described I think you should check the port numbers for the incoming and outgoing servers.

  • nice tutorial

  • @smartpona Thanks!

  • It asks me password again and again.

  • @hussanali , Hi mate. Go back in to the advanced options and check that the outgoing and incoming server ports are correct. If you don't change the outgoing and incoming server ports and encryption types in the order that I demonstrated, outlook will sometimes change the port number back to the default.

  • @EggheadArmy Thanks very much its working now.
