@valentiner100 - not yet, but I have a small collection of 'Original Dixieland Jass Band' stuff from the 1920-21, if I come across the title I'll let you know...
@BaroqueJazzPlays Thank you so much. However, soon after commenting I had a little look around on youtube and I found out it was 'What a Day' by Ted Weems.
thats all inspector ding-a-ling had 2 do in the first place. instead of the "gathering of suspects" charade. just trying 2 show up mrs.B in the detection dept. smh threatened men, HA!
In the wealth of this channel's sparkling British mysteries, Mrs. Bradley is a refreshing and a socially challenging lady.
Occasional utterances of a misogynic nature, seemingly mild if not affectionate in the ears of the speaker, highly questionable to someone of Mrs. Bradley's achievements, rise from the murky, lowest depths in other series, other writers.
Gladys Mitchell's first novel, "Speedy Death", published in 1929, filmed in 1998, presents a woman for whom men are no impediment.
@sesanner - they do move slightly away from the books but still very good production, fun to watch. Sadly two episodes I couldn't recover from the HD as files are too corrupted :>( - I will have to wait and see if they ever repeat the series....
Does anyone know the name of the song at the very end of this?
