thats the 904, the grey and orange one is the long out of service 902, and the red flag signifies that is the end of the train.

Most likely, out of commission passenger cars being pulled by a standard freight train locomotive.
I noticed red tape on the back of the last car with the wide open passenger walk-through door.
Probably just being towed for repair or junk.
