Slayer is the best way, if you havn't trained your 99s with slayer then its a pointless skill

Well, you just have to kill things with bad armour that have decent drops and save up for higher gear... Dragons are nice for that.

You need to get into kuradal's dungeon and kill monsters. So I think you need a higher level of combat... Unless you're talking about "Ring of slayer". then you just have to buy the abillity to make them from a slayer master.

The charms? I got 99 slayer- that helped a lot. And then barraged for the rest of my charms.

Well, I don't have a rapier. BUT!

Dharoking will be the cheaper method seeing as you don't have to repair rapier.

Rapiering... WIll probably still be fast but I can't imagine it beating dharoking, although it could possibly equal it just as easily.

i just wanted to let u guys know that are watching this video that leveling up your attack does allow u to hit higher, as u get better weapons for example, adamant to rune. ur str bonus increases thus u have a higher hit! thumbs up for people to see!

Well... I would experiment! Moss giants, ogres, slayer(good to get started early because slayer gets exciting around lvl 70), ankous (If they aren't botted), just play around a bit :)

Under the lighthouse there are dagannoths ( requires horror from the deep) and if you train there it could be 60-80k exp an hour. Not sure If people bot them but try it put.
