@Exkwsit "Phloe" were together two periods of time. Once in I think early 2000s and then last year or the year before. They are the same age. They went to high school together.

@Exkwsit yeah Chloe and Phillip were HS sweethearts when she first joined the show in 2000. She dressed nerdy and in all black and the kids called her "Ghoul Girl" and "Vampira" and she pulled a she's all that scene at the sophomore last dance and revealed her sexy look.
