looking good pal, im 19 and a rugby player, i left rugby to go to the gym 6 days a week and always finish on 10min of cardio as a sort of warm down, should i increase that if im looking to tighten my stomach ?
Looking big and pumped bro. I workout at home and eat about 60-70% clean. Building muscle hasn't been much of an issue but losing belly fat has been really hard. Guess it's my bodytype. Any tips to lose those stubborn fat and expose my abs?
@mmlacerte I wanna get ripped and shredded like an athlete and I will eat as clean as I can. I've been doing lots of cardio but I also ended up losing muscle so I wanted to know if I can lose fat and also hold on to my lean muscle. Thanks.
@mmlacerte Thank you bro. I workout at home for now so I'm limited to weight training. Mostly I workout with my bodyweight and keep high tension in the muscle.
@sarcol Im all natural buddy, just bulking so I eat everything in site, The minute I start eating clean I shrink.. Im 225 now, I have actually been bigger, got up to 230 about 2 months ago..

@MrTrickster5696 With cutting its much like bulking, All diet.. if you want to get ripped you have to eat 90-100% clean!!!

@MrTrickster5696 its calories in calories out, do not do a ton of cardio if you burn muscle quickly, just change your diet and keep lifting hard..
