Yes traffic in vn crazy..and normally the crowded the less fatal. On "highway" the fatal rates are hi. Commies are crazy, during daytime speeders above 35 mph on highway will be caught and pay heavy fine/bribe. After 7pm, all traffic thieves (cops) go home to drink or mistresses then trucks/buses/cars speed normally no more than 50 mph and then many hit head on..EVERY DAY.
WoW! It look like school of fish swimming, everyone move together. No one crash in video, but how many accident happen there each day? My english poor, hope it understand.
