  • This is the same party that shouted at labour for not spending enough and then in 2010 said they spent too much... promised to mainatin pensions rates, winter feul allowance and free bus travel but didn't. The same party that sat and watched people fighting for a small wage in the 80's without any help from the government. the same party that is making university students make up for an 80& to the university teaching budget through tuition fees.... Now for change, change from the tories

  • Conservatives are the party for the rich

Conservatives always saying look at Labour's 13 years of power

What about Conservatives's 18 years of power there are not saints themselves

William Hague said that we will not have a another unelected Prime Minister?

Well what about John Major? he was unelected

  • @PoliticsTalks John Major was led the Tories to victory in the 1992 general election.

  • @CEMTV76

Like it or not Labour is partly to blame for the mess we are in

2008 Labour went on a spending spree with our money

    and Labour can't admitt that

  • Am I the only Tory here?

  • @CEMTV76

When you say greedy employers (in the public sector) who are you referring to?

  • Does a good job of skimming over the nastier bits. If you want to claim the legacy of Pitt, you'll have to accept the rather less glorious legacy of Lord Liverpool. And credit for Catholic Emancipation can hardly go the party who narrow-mindledly resisted it right up until Ireland was on the brink of civil war.

  • They are a bunch of asses how attack the weak and old scum the lot. Zac in London

  • my dad was diagnosed with tiberculosis when he was 4 back in 1939 and in margate hospital in kent until he was 13 lucky to be alive he trained to be a mechanic and working all his life not claiming any benefits,he received a letter yesterday saying that due to the deficit in public spending his £200 winter fuel allowance is to be cut to £100,well thank you very much mr osbourne how many old age pensioners will you kill off this winter? what with the price of gas/electric,pensioners cant win

  • Typical conservatives go after public sector workers they got hospital workers ambulance drivers over a barrel because they know they not going to strike because they going to let people down and people could die if they strike.

conservatives on the other hand are the complete reverse they don't give a crap if they throw people into meaningless wars over oil or give themselves a pay rise. I wonder how much David Cameron's getting when he retires???

  • 'Governing interests of all classes' lmao Is that why children went work 13 hours a day missing out on education, their was no help for the unemployed, when people got old they starved, giving life threatening working conditions , paying workers so low they couldn't afford basics, i.e. shoes. The conservative government did nothing, it was the liberals who gave reforms which the conservatives opposed in the early 1900's!

  • You fucking stupid idiot's believing in all this bullshit. The poxy fucking free market has lead the way for the european union. The european union is going to be a carbon copy of the chinese model.Technocrat's run the show in china as well.We all what technocrat's are really. You have all helped pave the way for you kids and future generation's to have a life of hell and servitude, all through believing in this bullshit.

  • Does anyone know what music is playing from 4:37 to the end?

  • This is Political Propaganda.

The Conservative party has ALWAYS since day 1 been about making the RICH, RICHER.

Fact, so stop spreading your bullshit lies.

  • @koorgen Do you have any evidence that the Conservatives always make the rich richer?

  • LOL!

I notice that most of the achievements,to Thatcher, were rather socialist and welfarist.

  • buy your council house ,buy your council house, and i will repossess your council house unless you were in a good job in the 1980s you were up the creek without a paddle. but if you were in a good job in the 1980s making you aged between 45 to 75 how much is your COUNCIL HOUSE worth now £200,000,£300,000 a nice little earner eh what do we need now more housing good one maggie NOT!!!!!

  • no labour did not nearly bankrupt this country the world wide greedy bankers did but they will be rubbing their hands now that one of their own is running the country,we as a nation are in far better economic condition than greece, portugal, italy ireland, spain, holland, but this will not last under conservative rule what with one of the highest unemployment rates in europe, you need people working to get us out of this mess, not raising taxes, petrol prices forcing small businesses to close up shop!!!

  • @MegaMusicman34 You can blame the GOP for that. No tax has been raised by a Democrat since Bill Clinton. So do i have to mention it gave america a surplus. Obama offered a cap on the price of gas republicans turned it down. Get educated GOP is raping america all in the name of the rich. Small business and the middle class will all become the poor class thanks to the GOP.

  • thatcher is the worst prime minister we have ever had and we are still paying for her dreadful decisions ever since!!!!! all of our public services should be nationalised and be payed for by the national tax payer not share holders who are raking in millions of pounds worth of bonuses!!!!! the trouble with conservative rule is the richer get richer the poorer get poorer. we are all in this together they said, quite easy to say when you are sitting on a nest egg of £ 40 million pounds knob head

  • End mass immigration into Great Britain, because our cities are starting to resemble 3rd world slums. Also scrap the horrible Human Rights Act so we can deport foreign terrorists, for Goodness sake, can politicians get a grip on common sense please.

  • god bless you dave for all the wonderful things your up to! may the pride of out nation rest on your shoulders!! Tiny military, highest unemployment for 17 years, record youth unemployment, and an economy with 0.1 growth. Bloody brill keep it up my old Etonian chum!

  • @TheJaaysog Don't forget that all these problems were created by the socialists of the Labour Party.

  • Wow thatcher won a tiny piece of rock by some oil.

  • @QPWimblik Hey, it did lead to the overthrow of the Argentine military dictatorship.

  • @zyx689 and replaced it with what.

  • ban corporate greed from OUR NHS KEEP LABOUR AND TORIES AWAY FROM OUR NHS SPREAD THE WORD EVERY WHERE CAMERON STOLE OUR TAXES BEFORE THE ELECTION HE EVEN STOLE OUR SOLDIERS TAXES AVOID VOTIN FOR LABOUR AND TORIES BAN CORPORATE GREED

  • Comment removed

  • I love how this video attempts to make Thatchers time in power seem so excellent.

  • The FTSC 100 graphs are lower than when labour where in party. Riots and an even angrier, poorer working class... Well done to all those NotW readers and daily star readers for being such fucking morons. Britain needs budget cuts, but not so fucking hard it kills the poorest disabled people first...

  • What's got into the tory party ?? The Pm just wants to give our money away to anyone rather than spend it on our own people, look after your own house first !!!

  • "A remarkable capacity for change has been...the secret of our success". Is that a joke?! The Conservatives opposed the democratisation of Britain, against votes for all adult males and then for women. They opposed the improvement of social conditions, especially for the large, and very poor families in the East End. They opposed changing attitudes to homosexuality. The Conservatives always have been and always will be just that: CONSERVATIVES, interested only in backwardness and regressivism.

  • My brother works as a business consultant. However, I think the constant churning out of reports over the years has gone to his head a bit.

Last year he was engaged by the Tories to critically assess the quality of their management & organisation. After a month he produced a report only two pages long. The title page said “The Problems the Conservative Party Faces”- & page 2 simply stated “It’s full of arseholes.” He invoiced £50k for this ‘work’, & amazingly he was paid!

  • @SuperTruth77 Of course he did.

  • Have you heard the phrase "chinny reckon"?

  • The Conservative Party fought tooth and nail to sell Britain down the river of EEC membership in 1973. Margaret Thatcher campaigned vigously for the 'YES' campaign to EEC membership during the referendum of 1975 - even though she knew the terrible financial cost of EEC membership. In 1992 the Tories signed the Treaty of Maastricht committing Britain to the hopelssly corrupt and criminal led EU project.

  • What went wrong in the eighties? the tories seemed hell bent on crushing the working class.

  • @1FineYoungCannibal They wanted to destroy the inefficient unions, not the working class.

  • Incredible video! Absolutely true about the Conservatives. We know how to run the country, we know how to run the economy and we know how to make the best possible standards of living for the people of Great Britain!

  • Conservatives are a disgrace to America.

  • @Ultimaton100 no your blind ass liberal bullshit is you communist peice of shit look back on america and history and look at how much conseratisms got us out of debt and look how much liberalism got us in. As the score is..

    Conseratives-1

liberals- -4000000 for being anti american dumbasses

  • @IfinduIgetu You still here? Still making up nonsense I see. Get lost loser.

  • @Ultimaton100 no you get lost piece of shit anti american before I fucking shoot you myself.

  • and this video has bullshit inaccuracy. Republicanism is different then CON-servitivsm

  • cons are not real republicans. their a damn disgrace.

  • @Killerjosh89 British conservatives are more libertarian than american republicanism

  • Comment removed

  • Um, some of these things are not Conservative thinking. Reading comments below people thinking how we are "Closed minded" or "Not learnd anything" or "full of empty promises" is false. Let's face it, debt is unacceptable in our government, and the older days when the government was a lot smaller had less debt and most growth in the economy, the most in debt state is California wich is the most liberal wich alone proves that liberal government doesn't work! Wanna talk politics, just shoot me a PM

  • @97GSXsilver it's very nice to see the words of a sane person. i agree with you.

  • @97GSXsilver amen

  • The words "conservative" and "progressive" shouldn't even be on the same sentence, this is laughable!!

  • 2.18 - 3.13,was all the liberals. sorry, but yeah. I'm a massive supporter of the conservative party, amazing ((: -3

  • why can't we have this in the U.S.A. ...

  • @YoungIvyScholar I always thought the repulican party was your version of it

  • @alexandertory Not really... It used to be but now your Conservative Party is like a mix of our Republican Party and Libertarian Party.

  • @YoungIvyScholar I suppose it always depends on the leader, I'thought reagan was an excellent Conservative

  • @alexandertory Reagan was good yes but we don't have that sort anymore.

  • @YoungIvyScholar Cameron is not brilliant, maggie was the best conservative leader in post war Britain

  • @alexandertory Cameron has some good and bad but Thatcher is a hero to me.

  • @alexandertory Cameron had some good and bad but Thatcher is for sure my hero.

  • @YoungIvyScholar well I hope the repulicans have success in the 2012 elections and I hope the leader is a great one. who is the candidate has it been decided, im a huge palin fan. I think she will be fantastic

  • @alexandertory Palin doesn't know anything. Ron Paul & Fred Karger are the only respectable ones running.

  • @YoungIvyScholar I understand that, but remember. Thatcher was regarded the same before 79, her performance as leader of the opposition was embarrasing and people didn't expect her to stay on as leader, what appears now may not be the same as when she is elected. have faith

  • @alexandertory We'll see.

  • They completely miss out Lord Liverpool, when it was his ministry which pushed for free trade to a far greater amount than Pitt.

  • H M CONSERVATIVE GOVERNMENT

Delivering an unequal society with education that can only be afforded by the rich. Ensuring that the banking fraud collapse to be rewarded when the people of the nation suffer generations of hardship. Instead of forging a nation we allow ourselves to import 60% of our food. The people are the patriots and the British Government dishonour the British people. Equality means that in England the NHS prescriptions are charged and free in Wales and Scotland. jsf

  • I'd hardly call democratising the trade unions a good thing, they're mean't to stand as an independant body representing workers rights, and not conforming to the state as the video implies...but I very much agree with everything else!

  • The opening was odd!!! Described the conservatives a 'progressive' party of 'change'.

Change?!?!?! It's the CONSERVative party!! What would Burke say?? A true conservative believes that the status quo must be defended against the forces of change.

  • @LDN235

Edmund Burke would definietly agree on progressive change. Did you not see his quote in the early parts of the clip? "A state without the means of some change is without the means of its conservation". As conservatives we resist radikal change and promote progressive change and there is an important difference in those concepts...

  • @LDN235 the point there trying to make is lurning from the mistakes from the bast they will lurn not to repeat it in the future. thats what i think anyway.

  • Margaret Thatcher??/ a good leader? She was the one who caused the devaluing of the pound sterling!!! Of course when Soros came in and bought up everything he got all the blame, despite he was just being a capitalist. How lovely she's with Reagan, the two worst fiscal conservatives in US and British history side by side.

  • yes conservatives mean change..... All the greatest presidents have been socially liberal, and many economically liberal. GTFO.

  • I'm fairly certain this video is made by a troll.

The notion that Conservatives have ever been on the side of progressive change is laughable at best. Get an education please.

  • @ContemptForYou Actually, it is rather the opposite: there is a slight difference between purely populistic actionism as it is handled by left-winged Parties and actual progressive change which has been brought by rather by the Conservative Party. Conservatism does not mean rigour but responsible (and therefore progressive) change. It is better to be led by actual information than by prejudice as it clearly is the case here.

  • @DerPortugiese15

    You're joking, surely?

The social democratic, liberal & progressive parties of Britain are those that brought about evolutionary, progressive change. Conservatives fought tooth & nail at every step to prevent Britain becoming a fairer, more just place to live.

You clearly have no understanding of what Conservatism is or what it means. Look it up in a dictionary some time. It is better to be led by factual argument & considered understanding rather than your fantasies.

    Cheers.

  • Conservatives remind me of the Westboro Baptist Church, so closed minded.

  • Aidan smith was a liberal...

  • i really liked margaret thatcher she was coooooooool

  • david cameron is a massive dickhead

  • can the lab/lib/con party please fuck off and take the economy the bankers and all that bullshit with ya we can cope without you well at least some of us can see im worse off now than somebody in the 14 century when everybody owned their own property had some land to work actually had the time to spend with their familys while they all worked together as a team on the land wtf do i need paper money for if i have that instead of slaving away so others can live the life of riley contributing nowt

  • david is a dick spend taxpayers money to bomb gadaffi what a prick let the poor suffer thought the tories were trying to get money that labour spent to get more jobs this guy doesnt deserve to be pm idiot hypocrite

  • Unless you're talking about fiscal issues, the only "true conservatives" are the people buried in cemetaries. They never change their minds about anything or open their minds to anything new because they're dead.

  • @ffairlane57 Fundamental misunderstanding of Conservatism as an ideology. Read some Burke.

  • "The Conservative Party is the oldest political party in the world" - And it has learned absolutally nothing!

  • October Surprise Report 1980

"In Madrid and Paris, the representatives of Ronald Reagan and the Iranian leadership discussed the question of possibly delaying the release of 52 hostages from the staff of the U.S. Embassy in Teheran, taken hostage by Iranian "students" and members of the "Corps of Defense of the Islamic Revolution" on 4 November 1979 until after the elections that took place in November 1980."

  • Conservatives are full of empty promises.

  • Stalin would be proud of this totally distorted propaganda video.

  • i think that when a video is titiled "the history of the consrrvative party" it might want to warn people had badly they fucked up at times. Public Libaries, forests and poll tax for example...

  • @MsPiccolina30 yes i agree with you there atleast u come up with a counter argument rather than some idiots who just blindly hate the conservatives but im saying if anyone earns less than 21000 they don't have to pay at all and even if they do say if they do something for teaching its about £4 a month while under labour i think it was much higher ur just paying less for a longer amount of time id rather that then having to pay loads for a shorter period

  • @stevenhaful Taxes for the poorest weren't just higher under Labour, they got worse when Gordon Brown abolished the 10p tax band.

  • "Greatest Achievements" wat greatest achievements, mostly everything they've done is complete and utter shit they even tried to get rid of da NHS at one point, fuck the Tories !! They always like messing it up dont they??? LIBERAL 4 LIFE , wen im old enough to vote, gonna always vote for liberal !!!! xxx

  • @Bubbles10784 Liberal Democrats? The guys who like "the Tories" enough to join them in a coalition?

Also, the Conservatives never tried to get rid of the NHS.

  • @MsPiccolina30 Agree wiv ya on every level , its tough being poor and sum ppl jus dont understand that do dey? x

  • @MsPiccolina30 tuition fees aren't bad if u read up on it if u earn less than 21,000 u go in for free sothe poor don't have to pay anything and its like £4 a month big woop

  • @stevenhaful 'the poor' god where do u cum from? we hav to pay the same amount as u, and big wooop? hello hav u evr been in poverty or poor b4 , god i bet u one of those rich snobs that woodnt know poverty or being poor if it jumped up and fucking bit u!! i bet u love the conservatives dont ya? and most ppl nowadays dont hav a job so we wont earn anything and we'll hav to go on the doll! we we wont even b able to afford £4 if this goes on much longer so u can jus shutup! x

  • @Bubbles10784 actually know i live in a chatham, theres nothing rich about that place its a run down area im defiently not rich, and yes i like the conservatives they have got britain out of hard times everytime u clearly don't know how labour messed the country up by spending money they didn't have, we have a huge debt and to get rid of this we have to cut jobs which labour blindly made its the private sector that gets the money into the country not the public sector

  • @stevenhaful Gordon Browns credit bubble. Yeah hahaha you would think the 'Working Classes' labour party would actually help us working class but ironically no. My Grandmothers money comes thanks to Maggie, she bought up shares and this led to her having enough collateral together to get a loan to start a garage she still runs to this day with a house worth over 300k. Conservatives have done more for the working classes as far as I'm concerned they always get my vote.

  • @way2tehdawn since tony blair the labour party have gone to the middle class for electoral support which was tradditionly a conservative area and conservatives do more for the country as a whole

  • Comment removed

  • The music is fantastic... however the content is a disgrace!!!. The Conservatives did hardly any of those things and Margaret Thatcher one possibly on of the most evil, vindictive, manipulative human beings that ever walked the planet!!!!! TORIES ARE A DISGRACE TO HUMAN NATURE!!!!!!

  • @danielcudley539 conservatives done most of the social reforms and margaret thatcher had to clear up labours mess just like cameron the conservatives save the country and get the country wealthier while labour just make loads of jobs that aren't needed and think its a good idea to build an economy based on borrowing

  • lisbon treaty WHERE IS OUR VOTE you said we would get it we want it now before its to late

  • 'committed the conservative party to support the NHS'.

Im sorry. What? The tories have always, and always will fightht tooth and nail against every progressive policy to help those who suffer and are born into poverty. A party for the illiterate sun reading, racist middle england and toffs who have a complete disconnection and lack of empathy to those born without the proverbial silver spoon. Disgusting.

  • torry scum

  • Winston Churchill was against the NHS

  • Beautiful video. I'm not a big fan of Thatcher's economic libertarianism and I think Global Warming is hoax. But great job overall British conservatives.

  • I think I just threw up.

  • I laughed at agreed with NHS formation! No mention of Thatcher abolishing free milk for school children? Or closing down major industry so we can't WORK our way out of this recession like in Germany/US? Or selling off the countries assests for rich tax cuts?

  • @TrickyTrindall7 Oh boo hoo children couldn't get free milk. Without state help how on earth are parents going to get their children the rare luxury that is milk?

Industry still makes up 22% of our GDP, comparable with other major industries. And irrelevant, even if our economy was entirely services built, how would that mean we don't WORK? You don't have to work in a factory to work. You think retail workers, accountants, lawyers, bankers etc. don't work?

  • @TrickyTrindall7 Firstly, people aren't working their way out of recession in Germany and the US in State-owned industries, so forget that.

Secondly, let's finish this "milk snatcher" garbage once and for all: in 1968, Labour "snatched" more free (which is to say, taxpayer-funded) milk than anyone before or since by taking it from all 11 - 18-year-olds. Thatcher only removed it from 7 - 11-year-olds. And, just like they never-reopened Ravenscraig or the mines, Labour never brought it back.

  • Anyone know what the music is when it starts at Margaret Thatcher? Such a great piece of music :D

  • @SuperVolvoLover Voyage of Destiny by Paul Mottram

  • Cameron made the NHS his priority? LOL

  • Propaganda.

I'm a Tory voter but that was really cheesy.

  • @newcjon

Still good things to fling into conversations every now and again though.

  • @Catholicism777 agreed

  • What utter bullshit. I am afraid many of these statements are complete NONSENSE.

  • @CookieCrumblz I like how you don't expose yourself to counter-argument by saying which ones.

  • @JBMontgomery87 Look at some of my videos, the huge majority of this is actually pure nonsense.

  • The Conservatives are not the oldest party in the world. The modern Conservative Party arose in the 1830s. The Democrats in the USA have their origins in the Democratic-Republican Party, founded in 1792, and the modern Democratic Party was established in 1828.

  • @rucksplash08 typical American thinking that the US represent the world, British and European conservative parties date back to 1660, it was called toryism instead.

  • @ankr273

Toryism does outdate the Democratic Party. The Conservative Party does not. The Democratic Party outdates the formal organization of the Conservative Party, even if there was a Tory faction before. The Conservatives emerged from the Pitt faction of the Whig Party, not from the Tories of the 17th and 18th century.

I am not a "typical American thinking that the US represent the world." I am someone who believes in facts and history.

  • @rucksplash08 The modern Conservative party are directly descended from the old Tory party. They have simply changed their name and organisation over the years. It is not unreasonable to claim the Conservative party as being founded in the 17th century, making it the oldest political party in the world.

  • Is this true? -------> "Actually the Democrats started the KKK, the democrats in the South were against civil rights for blacks... It has always been the democrats in the south that were pro-segregation. You're badly misinformed."

  • @yomommaisme7

Yes and no. The Democratic Party did not start the KKK, but he Democrats were really the ONLY party in the South for about a hundred years, and had members who were both for and against segregation, but a majority of members were pro-segregation.

However, the Democrats took the lead in passing civil rights legislation, and are now far more protective of civil rights than Republicans are--the GOP wasn't Southern, but it did nothing important to fight for civil rights.

  • More socialist/fascist shit.

Fuck off!! and leave folk alone to make their own mess, you cunts!!

  • @express375 You are living in a dictatorship, you cant even open your mouth about jews without been sent to jail. WAKE THE FUCK UP YOU STUPID NAIVE CAMEL FUCKING CUNT

  • @sod16 Silly boy? Or should that be silly sod....lol :)

  • @express375 Lets face it, you're more of a twat for thinking you're free. Look at the facts, the conservatives are doing nothing but privatising everything to make it harder for the poor. Church Hill was no better then Hitler him self.

  • @sod16 You seem to be reading what I type, and then making up a totally diffrent meaning.

For the benifit of those who can comprehend english:

Labour,Conservative,LibDems, they are all the same. Tax taking parasites.

UKIP seem the best,at the moment.

Daniel Hannan, says the right words, but doesn't actually do anything.

  • Apart from Robert Peel repeal of corn laws, this video looks like a catalog of social-democrat policies until Thatcher took over. Regulations, welfare, more regulations...any U.S. conservative may say this is the history of a "socialist" party.

  • @dion82 Europe and the UKs idea of Right wing is definetly not on the same scale as the American Right wing. To an american it would seem a bit odd, i totally see what your saying. In the UK the Democrats in the US are seen more of a Middle party, while the Republicans would be your normal right wing. The conservatives in the UK would be considered a party which has just gone past the right wing "boundary" but is does not go to the lengths of the Republican party.

  • @MsPiccolina30 I agree, but "shouldn't" isn't how the real world works. There has been a change. I myself could never have got the education I got without the grants that have now been replaced by loans. I am sure this is intentional. What we are seeing is yet another step towards ensuring that certain people do not get into education. British culture often has "unsaid" things that are just "understood". Class does not exist - but of course it does so nonetheless. That is what this is about IMO.

  • @MsPiccolina30 isn't the whole point of fees just that? I have just read a book about the old 11+ exam and the grammar/secondary modern system that used to exist. It was divisive; it was *meant* to be divisive. While the UK does not formally have a cast system, like that of India, I think that money is used to create and maintain social classes. Historically, it seems that it ever was thus.

  • Forgive me for asking a stupid question. I am only a humble Japanese with no education.

I have just seen that Catholic Emancipation was brought in 1828! I would have thought that, by then, people were freed from differences in religion.

What exactly was the reason for keeping Catholics form high office at that time? Surely not the same reason as the one during the time of Henry VIII.

  • Sorry bad point I mean that the torys have made britian great like Auther wellsley(duke of wellington)he won the napoleonic wars,Winstin churchill we all know what he did and the torys are not just long live the rich.

  • Long live the Conservative party sure we had bad times but we revalutionized britian and we need these cuts to get us out of the ecanomic point were in now.

  • @timothydavey1 Yeah and to fuck students in the arse, the poor in the arse and help Jews thrive.

  • Everyone moans about how the Conservatives are cutting- I forgot that Labour wouldn't have cut anything. If they had won you'll just be replacing 'Fuck Conservative' with 'Fuck Labour'.

  • @MachiavellianHeir true, but the real problem is that the conservative/labour, right/left paradigm is false. The real government is behind the scenes. It maintains the puppet conservative and labour system so that we little people will spent time arguing about ourselves. Perhaps we should be using our expletives against the New World Order.

  • @organisten Novus Ordo Mundi? Doesn't sound like a bad idea.

  • The Conservatives have destroyed all faith in politics this time around blaming the unemployed for not having jobs when there are not enough jobs for the people to do while, charging student with the burden of supporting a corrupt elitist society and adding to future skill shortages ...

  • unemployed made to work?? not everybody is a suit get a real job ian and david poofs some people dont get mobility a-hole(s)

  • Ok, put aside the arguements for a minute as its obvious that there is no winner. Some people like labor, others Lib dem and others, the Tories

    and tell me...

WHAT IS THE SONG FROM 0:00 TO ABOUT 2:00

    ITS AWESOME!

  • @merobots agreed its spectacular

  • Is this a joke?? The Conservatives stand for the rich and those that want to stay rich. Just look at who donates to the party, Lord Ashcroft is really interested in helping the poor...........

As someone has already said, the conservatives trick the working class to vote for them and in return they get screwed over. Thatcher was bad, Cameron could yet prove to be worse, this next 6 months will dictate his time in office, at the end of it we will either all be very poor or be on the streets...

  • torries = mass unemploy ment poll tax same thather shit

  • I used to be very liberal but i notice that as i get older i become more and more conservative. Its Wierd.

  • THE TORIES HAVE JUST LET VODAFONE OFF WITH £6 BILLION IN TAXES!!!!

For more info check out Private Eye article "BRITAIN’S £6BN VODAFONE BILL"

This is tax evasion and corruption at the highest levels!!

  • A recent History of the Conservatives: Part 1 - Greed. Part 2 - Greed is good. Part 3 - Why we have a right to buy that £300,000 car whilst your incapacity benefit is slashed. Part 4 - Public services - we dont use them so we dont care. Part 5 - why a good education is only for the idle sociopathic rich. Part 6 - Immigration & benefits fraud - why the divisive media coverage is in no way reminiscent of Nazi propoganda nor intended as a strategy of divide and conquer. Part 7 - Let them eat cake..

  • @ravingthundergod

1: Personal greed? Its Labour MPs in front of the beak.

2: Who said that? Compare to the language of New Labour.

3: What right do you have to deny me my £300,000 car? Its between me and the manufacturer.

  • @OneBigRetard

4: Thatcher rose spending of services more than the previous Labour administrations could have dreamt.

5: Why are those that can afford PS 'idle & sociopathic'? Shoulder chip much? Most are not rich but sacrifice to keep their kids from the shitty state schools that socialist fucked up.

    6: Doesn't make it false.

  • Who is it that thought workhouses were a good idea? Conservative.

Who was it that made you pay to live? Conservative.

Who is it that put the UK in debt? The banks, not Labour!

You are a disgrace, you are cruel and you are cold. You trick the working class into voting for you so you can happily cut public services. Anyway, rich people use private, not public services, so it doesn't matter.

I don't care what you and your MP's have to say, I will never vote Conservative.

  • I love how it talks about progressive ideas and movements, even public health and environmentalism. These are very nonconservative ideas today. At least according to Fox News.

  • I remember Tory progressiveness. Opposition to the minimum wage, restricting trade union rights, opposition to the NHS, abolition of the right to silence, Black Wednesday, opposition to the welfare state, the support for the suppression of the suffragette movement, argued against the legalisation of homosexuality, taking away free school milk, destruction of British industry... the list is endless.
