after all at the finish restart it dosent wann start up now the phone what i do now?

if i flash another rom to my mytouch 4g, how would i know if i did it or not? cuz i flashed cm 7 build #15 first then i did build #18 but how do i know if i flashed the build 18 right? since its the same cm 7 rom?
