@Riego10 you would only be able to use it under one major condition: you can not stand to make any profit gain from it. (so if your a youtube partner and you get paid for making video's your not allowed without explisit permission from the recording company, if you were just going to make the video for yourself without making any sort of gain (money) then your fine :)

@Riego10 Don't listen to Zavrix. Buying a CD with a song does not give you the rights to use the song in projects that you make. Now many times people don't care that you break copyright laws for minor personal projects, and chances are at worst they'd just ask you to take the video down. However, in worst case scenario they could sue you for copyright infringement. Again, buying a CD with the song does NOT mean you buy the RIGHTS to the song, it just means you bought a CD to listen to.

@Riego10 By law, you would have to ask permission first. Using someone else's work without their knowledge and making any sort of monitary gain from it is illigal. If you were to ask permission and not distribute your project in a way which you would profit from and the original party (the one's who made this song) did not this would be infringing on their rights and you would have a big problem with copyright claims and what not... I would suggest you go and contact the original party.
