Can you tell me which software you used to make a video like this , I mean a music score sheet goes along with visual Piano fingering at the top of the screen . Thanks for the nice video and wonderful arrangement.

The simple answer is 'Band in a Box'. Import the midi file, ask it to split the melody track (piano) into Right and Left Hand. There is a little more to it than this, but this will produce a fair transcription of the piano part.
