I totally agree w/ Momo. But I also think, maybe the Dad has some condition worse than autism, such feeling like a complete dirtbag for dissing his son over and over?.. Maybe the Dad has a condition worse than autism, such as "Denial", those who are dead-man walking in a comma is more sad than autism. I think Dash should love his dad as much as possible, and let him go, and use his energy to be all that he can be, totally unlimited by his Dad. Momo's beem more of a dad at this point! ;)

ah welcome to the club. my father is the same way. the sooner you live your life for yourself the more you'll live your own live and cut out your fathers negativity. by bringing your father back you'll be manifesting his negative energy within yourself and thus make your own life misable. cut him out of the picture i say. that's what i did and i've been happier since.

I can't understand people like your father at all. Momo's advice is solid, even if he never speaks to you again you can look at yourself and say you did your damnedest with pride and confidence.

DAD is the one with the problem. Parenting is the last great amature undertaking, And some people don't deserve to be parents.

Don't base your self worth on the perceptions of others no matter who they are. Not everyone is going to see that light of the divine in you, But it is there, You know it is there.

I hope Momo can help you bring this man to the realization that he has taken something precious for granted.
