Great phone, but wm is so bad.... if you have one, just search the internet for "Tg01 android". you will get a folder with android. put it on your storage card and run 2 files inside that folder (clrad and haret) --> you run android on your tg01 :X this phone would have been an real iphone 3gs killer if it was sold with android. it's far better than 3gs in hardware -> bigger screen, better 1gigz procesor.

Just bought a second hand TG01, it is superb. very fast, great screen. Upgraded it to WM6.5 from 6.1 via Orange website, now its even better.

@gadgetable64 you have a very good point. However this device is about a year old now. There is the TG02. This phone is fast. Butnit only comes equiped with a 1000mAh battery. It is utterly terrible. You can only get half a day of heavy use out of it. This phone was dedicated for video. you can only get about 2hrs of video on medium brightness settings. i have one of these.

1 Gig CPU..That tells me battery life is an issue..Windows as a mobile OS? Does the phone support 3G?? I see these OEM's building these touch screen phones like crazy these days, But are they really all that?? What's the point of having 10 hours of HD movies when one only has 1 hour of battery time between charges?? Not to detract from what some may call a state of the art phone, But I own a Nokia E71 so to me everything pales in comparison..

no other flash sites other than youtube are supported? Yes they are!! INstall a decent browser and you can use any site you like that requires flash.. the browser is called Sky Fire !!! and it's available on all handsets.. I've been using this browser to go on all sites since 2007 on different handsets mostly HTC but i did have a toshiba g900 and this tg01 is a dream come true if you've ever used a g900, it had everything but it was too big.

i got this phone about 3 months ago thinking it was going to be really good. I absolutely hate everything about it. it is a disgusting phone and I still find it hard to use. its lack of response from the huge touch screen is incredibly aggravating and I would not recommend this phone to anybody whatsoever. I'd rather stick to my old samsung D600!!!

This is the best phone i've ever owned in my life and i've owned the best even a HTC HD.. It's not for simple people.. you need to actualy know how to extract cab files and install them.. this phone can be anything you want it to be.. For me it's a full fledged laptop, I even use dreamweaver on it!!

@gaeeet yup hd2 is better than tg01 they have the same screen size, 1gz processor and OS but hd2= 3.5mm jack, flash, better UI, pinch zoom while browsing, and you dont have to take out the battery everytime you have to change the memory card ... i bought the tg01 for it was a little cheaper than hd2
