i think its one of there best "later albums" but i belive they refer to white eagle as in the space shuttle along with the other tracks on the lp all relate like mojave plan , (didnt the shuttle land at mojave desert) both around 1981 :)

Sounds a little like Hyperborea. At least the chord progression is pretty similar. Nonetheless, an awesome piece with just enough difference between them to keep it fresh.

@mavsfan1000 "Das Madchen Auf Der Treppe" (the girl on the stairs) is another version of this that they did. It's also very nice!! Just a tad faster and it has more percussion. It was pat of the soundtrack from a German t.v. show called, "Tatort".

@theoldgalah .....I agree with theoldgalah!!! I NEVER gave up on vinyl and vinyl never really went away....it was just overshadowed by the hype that was digital. I'm proud to say my LP collection way out-numbers my CD collection by approximately 20 to 1. I have over 2,000 LP's versus MAYBE 150 CD's total.

@phantasm1004 I have close to 5000 albums and maybe 1000 CD's, but I never counted my CD's and most of the CD's I have I recorded myself FROM vinyl! I'm pretty sure I have 65 TD albums between the five formats (vinyl, CD, cassette, VHS, DVD) I've got the entire TD collection on CD, open reel, hard drive (MP3) and SD cards. Still missing a few newer albums, though. I have a total of about 50,000 records.

One of the most philosofical & introspective (listen the same theme but in other genre music Abba-Eagle, also slow-long motion sugesting the air floating). Nice the slideshow, but I think the ideea is more abstracte the flight itself as feeling, not the wildlife scenes. Few aerial photos over the world (cities, rivers, forests- easy to find), as seen by the eagle eyes, not the birds species
