If they are so interested in recycling, why don't they just go to landfills and take the trash from it and then go and recycle it ?

@stalepie13 because that is not a sustainable practice- it requires a huge amount of extra energy through recovery, transportation then finally processing. it is also not only about recycling, but about less excessive use of materials, and careful consideration when it comes to designing, manufacturing and the possibility of re-using.

also as the video mentioned, this shouldn't just be on the hands of a few people or just designers as it WILL affect everyone on earth!
