You'll get a good look at Reach's base at around 8:14. You can see just to the upper left of his "defensive" pylon is a spot were two mineral patches are a bit farther "in" compared to the two above and below them. This is the most common place for an "offensive" pylon (pretty much the only really effective place for one). Reach's pylon's top left corner is just where Bisu's bottom right corner would have to be and thus makes it impossible for bisu to do a pylon harrass.
