pitty not many people care about it anymore...well below the age of 30, they are normally just getting pissed up dont at the fair. Its probably caus everyone in helston gets forced to do the dance in school so they build up a french lesson like hatred for it :D.

Gosh, we stumbled into the Furry Dance whilst on holiday in 1993. We wondered through Helston on the Friday night and my Mum was going to b****ck the people who were wondering around with armfuls of bluebells until we realised it was for soemthing the next day. What a spectacle! I love the way they dance into and out of the shops!
