Actually... I just realized they were also doing some sort of Parody in this part XD They were parodying slightly a special London Hearts did for Kokushou Sayuri who is the original singer for Valentine Kiss. At the special while Sayuri was singing (forced to because it was a "surprise"), London Hearts hosts as well as a few of the show regulars were also making noises in the background similar to what Konata did though Konata's version is of course the exagerrated version XD
