All I can say is that everything, in the end, will be okay. I started college last year and I know exactly where you are coming from, but after a year passes, you will have made so many new friends and have experienced so much that it will not hurt twice as much. Sure, you will cry a lot when you leave, but the pain fades. Everything from now on will change, but for the better. Just be yourself and you will be just fine.
