@DanceGDance I've been following DGD since their demo CD, because my brother gave it to me when he got a hold of it when I was 11. DGD has lost most of their talent. Jonny doesn't even write his songs and Jon screams on CD's but if you watch them live, which I have, three times, he just talks really loud and skips half of his lines (and yes, I'm aware that he gets fatigued easily). I'm sorry that you think I'm the dumbest fuck ever, that's cool. But it's my opinion, DGD isn't good anymore.

The main reason I say this is because each new album they release is losing more and more emotion. WISIRO was incredible because the instruments gave so much soul to the songs and you could hear that Jonny literally put his all into every note sang in the album. DBM2 was half assed.

You can tell with songs like "And I Told Them I Invented Times New Roman" or "Burning Down The Nicotine Armoire", those songs prove beauty in vocals. Plus, DBM2's guitar work just felt incomplete, I liked Zach Garren's work with Happiness and Self-Titled a lot, he added a lot of emotion to the guitar work, Sean was great as well but his riffs weren't put in DBM2 which is a shame.

Seriously, for everyone saying about some "Dance Gavin Dance" clone, it really isn't. If you look up any math/mathcore bands from the late 80's up to today's modern they all have similar down the core qualities.

Just for the record, considering no one does live acoustic screaming sessions, volume literally has no relevance. At all. In fact, death, fry, and false all have similar volumes when done properly. If someones screaming improperly they will probably end up like Sonni Moore if they keep it up. Not to mention it probably will be pretty quiet.
