@ cesaruco000: It means that you have used up all allowable attempts to unlock your phone. Blackberry phones have limited number of unlocking attempts. Some have 250 tries while newer Blackberry phones only have 10 tries. At this rate, you cannot unlock your phone anymore using unlock code.

i got my code from my old carrier but its 18 characters long it has 2 letters at the begining and an underscore ( _ ) but it wont let me enter letters as part of the code or let me type symbols....and my phone started off with only 10 trys why is that?

That is not the unlock code (well not the one Global Unlock will give you). The unlock code is 8 or 16 numerical digits for all Blackberry.

Yes your phone can be unlocked through the link, just put your network as others and you will get a email that asks for your country and network, send that info and unlock your phone. DO NOT KEEP TRYING, if you hit 0, it is impossible to unlock your phone, please be careful.

Good question, unlocking moved the locks. Debranding would take the logo off the software.
