OMG get off your fuckin ass and do some cardio workin out good god, i get sick of critics, it works, it boosts your metabolism, heres some more friendly metabolism advise, drink warm drinks not cold(only water), work out in 72 degrees, cant expect it to lose it all by itself got to get up and help!

I was weighing 178 when I started and I went down to 151 and my goal weight was 154. You're right, I wasn't all that chunky anymore. A year ealier I weighed 200+ lbs but I started FL4I after trying other diets. Sure wish I had tried FL4I at 200+ lbs. Oh well... I've gained 11 pounds back since that time due to stress but that's ok. I'm finally within normal weight range for my age height. That's important to me right now. I still weigh in to make sure I'm not gaining past my limit.

what exactly is the difference in this diet?? what mekes it special than any other diet (such as atkins or south beach) ?? does it like give you a food plan or does it tell you to avoid certain types of food??

great tips,
i never stop eating before im full (very very rarely) and im fat. i need to change that.
i have no prob eating 4-6 times a day, usually i overeat though.
everything elese looks great in my department, i do a lot of weight training and i drink a lot of h20

drink warm drinks are you dumb... cold drinks (water) are better. Your body burns calories to warm the water up to body temp.
