Great Idea!!!! Lord Of The Rings Total War but imagine, the level of the total war games today. is SO good! so if they'd commit an entire game to LOTR, with the epic campaign of LOTR, with the battles of minas Tirith, Helm's Deep, Dol Guldor, and the great characters and creatures, It would be epic, with ofcourse interesting new tactics possibilities...

It looks like they have really focused on the AI in this game. Hopefully they have made the Diplomatic AI as good as the Battle AI!

I saw an interview, he said you will be able to use some type of ninja unit on the battlefield. I wonder if it will be like the battlefield assasins in med2? He also said they've cut down from the 130+ units in empire to about 30+ units in Shogun2 as there was too much confusion on the differences in each unit for Empire and that they wanted to simplify it. He finished by saying that AI is the 1st on the list of 'must do' in the offices. That they wont release the game until it's playable.

@Jeet27 Well technically the first shogun did have battlefield ninjas, with a good amount of cloak, and can sneak across bridge to wreck havoc.
