@pl0xy1 It's because of different timezones, in some countries where it's 1st november it will still be october 31st in other countries. :P

@pl0xy1 Nope, If someone uploaded their video on October 31st, (because they couldn't for the last contest) because it was judging day. So People are allowed to enter videos that were uploaded on October 31st =p
