You all realize that saying the Wii is superior in any way is silly. They made it cheap on purpose. It is not much more than an upgraded gamecube with motion control. I love my Wii but it doesn't compare to the Xbox360 or PS3. I mean really, most Wii versions of games are PS2 versions with motion control, take ghostbusters for example.

It's got the power of 2 overclocked gamecubes, the gamecube in turn was a lot more powerful than the PS2 all the fags love. The wii has motion, which the motion plus fixes all the bugs of (it was supposed to have gyros but they took that out of the original model, so they added the gyros back in motion plus). Third parties just treat it like a waggling PS2 (fyi they were gonna give PS2 a wiimote-like controller, just like they were gonna do with PS3) cause theyre assholes.

PS2 had way more games that weren't kiddy games compared to Gamecube. That is the problem with the Wii too. Now I loved my gamecube and I love most of my Wii games I did buy. Point is, the Wii only runs at 729mhz with a gpu at 243mhz. Xbox 360 runs a 3.2ghz power pc tricore with a gpu at 500mhz. The Xbox360 destroys the Wii hands down graphically. I'm not a fan of motion control either, unless its a rail shooter or something like that.

The funny thing Is I got the wiimote+numchuck a Dx9 512 ATI Graphics Card I think, anyways it runs 1680x1050 on my monitor 720p/1080i graphics, so no need for ps3/xbox360?, becuase all you need is a good Pc and wii to experiment, I mean, controlling COD4 with my wireless sensor bar and blue-tooth adaptor on my brand new custome made system, is going to be awsome, I might use blue-tooth headset or xbox360 controller via usb/infrared if bored. what OS do you have to use for this? & about the wii sensor bar. those few infrared censors in the bar are all it takes to tell what direction your poiting the wiimote in. it's not very complicated.one censor for picking up messages(ie. tv remote) two censors for height & width, & three for three dimensions(ie. height, width, and depth.) any more would just add to the precision.

there's also a wiimote mod for half-life 2. instead of using the infrared censor(which most computers dont have) the software uses the wiimotes built-in gyroscope to detect the movements

you can use a bluetooth stick to pick the signals up, but you need a 3rd party program installed first.

maybe this mod will already have it installed, but unless your computer has bluetooth i don't see how its possible :P
