  • The wet sponge and the black mask on the face is missing .

  • what a film

  • hope that felt good ya son of a bitch! You killed a little girl and now u r KFC!!!!!

  • @Cassatucky

I don't think he killed the little girl.

I suggest it was his daughter when she was young. the girl witch is crying for him

    at his execution.

  • @schmuckerKater idk man, i kinda thought it was the little girls mom at the execution. not too clear on what the story line is i guess

  • @Cassatucky

The photo wich he holds up could be the key for that:

When he holds up the photo of the girl it looks a bit like it was ripped out of this newspaper article... but im not sure. if it was like that, i think he probably killed her.

But this controverse is exactly what it makes interesting!

I mean, you have three charakters in this story: the killer, the little girl and the "mother"(who ever she is). And everyone in this movie is the loser, regardless wich contellation of charakters.

  • @schmuckerKater oh yea, i take a video class now in high school, and alll we talk about is how to use these type of vantage points jus to make the production more interesting.

  • @Cassatucky

great, if your at video-class now, here is a task for you:

for what is the over-the-shoulder shot at 1:16 used (what does it express)

and can it be considered a reverse-angle shot because of the mirror?

  • @schmuckerKater hmmm, uh, i believe it is used to view an interviewee during an interview, but i cant answer the second part. we havent talked much about reversing a shot or any times like that

  • @Cassatucky

(excuse my broken english in advance, please)

I would interpretate it like this:

First of all we only see his backside as if he would leave wich is in this case metaphorocaly true. and as you said very right, the shot shows a konversation. i think he is in a dialogue with himself wether he did everything right an so on. the "interview-partner" in this case is the mirror and while he's facing it, he faces himself. looking back at the happenings standing the consequences.

  • @schmuckerKater do u set these types of things for ur job? u seem to know alot about different types of shot set-ups

  • @Cassatucky

    let's call it a hobby ;-)

I'm going to study directing at university. right now i play theatre

next to school for about 4 years now.

but you seem quite interested so keep on going, buddy!

ps: the film is not THAT good.....
