Oh my god, this is straight out of Bastiat. I could understand if these were random people off the street, but Christ, they're business commentators! Aren't they supposed to know something about economics?
I enjoy watching your shitty economy implode, Americans!
Just kidding though, it's a tragedy. If you are one of the smart 10% of Americans that don't eat at McDonald's and buy stupid shit you don't need with credit cards, we welcome you in Canada :D
It's so funny how Peter makes everyone look like an idiot. I cannot believe how dumb the others really are...oh and that exchange with Charles...ha ha..why is he even on this show? I love it "hurricane peter is right"
im gonna break as many windows as i can! america!

6:07 to 6:14. Very funny. "I'm worried about agreeing to much with hurricane peter over there." Neil pipes in, "hurricane peter has been right." LOL

Ah yes, because Canadians are known for saving and thriftiness—especially their government!
Canada's per-capita debt is only marginally lower than that of the USA, and both are very high. Do you really enjoy your $20,000 portion of that debt?

Unbelievable. "Broken Window Fallacy," anyone? Anyone?

Read Bastiat's "That Which is Seen and That Which is not Seen" for a refutation of the broken window fallacy.

This essay looks to be a very insightful piece. I will surly be reading that tomorrow at work.
