Ah Mewtwo, if only he was in Super Smash Bros Brawl. Bad character or not I always won as Mewtwo against CPU and other players. (Course there were only 2 people that I would actually fight considering when I got melee at the time people were getting Super Smash bros Brawl and getting rid of their Super Smash Bros Melee Game)

For me, I don't care about this tier list stuff. In my opinion, it matters if the player is compatible with the character (you know, a certain someone plays better with a certain character and stuff like that). If you play bad with a character like Bowser or Mewtwo, or even Pichu(one of my favorites in Melee) you cant blame the tier list for it, is just... you are not good with that chosen character!

Long answer: Because how the CPU uses Bowser is ridiculously abysmal. Bowser is already a pretty poor fighter in comparison to the majority of the Melee roster, and even then, the computer doesn't use him to his fullest. The same goes for all characters actually, but... CPU Bowser just sucks.

Short answer: Because it's a game.

Mario talks in his Italian accent at pivotal moments (like in Smash King so far), and when talking to Peach as seen here. He does this at pivotal moments like a bad habit, but he talked to Peach in his Italian accent purposely. Why does he do this? Only Tigura knows.
