I've always really liked this album, but this song is so soppy it sounds as if Dollar ought to be singing it. I can just imagine David Van Day and Therese wossname warbling "down from the hills, into the forest, walking on sand, into the water..." - it's a long way from "We Have Joy".

This definitely doesn't sound like the other two Killing Joke songs that I know (Seeing Red and Pandemonium). It took me a few minutes to get used to this song, but I like it.

@kingofpunk1967 I get the strong impression you have an aversion to melody. I think BTATS is better than most KJ albums with the very obvious exception of "Revelations" & "Extremities....". This particular song suffers from a very dated production & is very much of its time. In terms of melody it's one of the most beautiful they ever wrote. Also if you dismiss Marc Almond/Soft Cell as just a faggy synth band then you haven't heard "The art of falling apart" or "This last night in Sodom!
