Could you possibly tell me, whether I can still prune mine now, during September, seeing that I am living in the tropics? ( The Virgin islands ) It does not get cold and my desert rose does not loose it's leaves, even outside during our 'Winter'. I would appreciate advise, please.

Pruned branches do grow back fast. Ours will fill out and flower within 4-6 weeks of being pruned during the summer. The plant its self is a very slow grower
