mReplay Mobi does the same thing, it's free, and it allows you to record and edit clips all on your mobile. Even has buffer recording so you can record the last 30 or 60 seconds for catching highlights, etc.

No,it's only using Data,not airtime.If you have an unlimited data plan there is no extra charge on your phone bill.

yep. it has a 2.5mm headphone jack in the top, or you can use the motorola bluetooth headphones.

This smartphone battery can only last 3 hours. Lets face it! It is sucks to watch movies with one of these. It is better use for a 5 minute quickie.

You need to have a data plan for it to work. It does not involve air time, but data. Unlimited data plans for Verizon's 3G network cost $60/mo or so, I believe.
