  • holy shit

  • holy fuck !

  • Its a brilliant kick dont get me wrong. However it dosent matter how it goes in as long as it goes in.

  • I was at that game and thought it was a fluke. But then he did it again and i was lost for words

  • HOLY SHIT

  • HOLY SHIT! I read the title and thought, seen it before, then when i saw him kick this I WAS LIKE WTF!

  • doof! nnnnyyyyooonnng.... OVER!!

  • thats a boomarang crikey !!! best kick eva

  • Core thats a good kick but jonny wilkinson got one wich was on the touch line in crazy wind going 35 mph

  • hahahaha this is nothing to me now after i saw the kick johnathan thurston took from the try line in the corner then made it curve back in i hope someone uploads johnathan thurston's kick this was good though

  • Is this real? I thought dan carter was right footed...if this is real and he is right footed, than this kick is one of the most amazing kicks of all time

  • @gigante87 yeah how could it be fake and he has always has been a lefty

  • hax

  • FUCKEN GO THE DOGGIES AYE

FUCKEN GET YER FRESHINES AN SHIT FUCKEN DOGGIES

  • lol no fluke there. Daniel Carter has been considered the worlds best rugby player. If they say hes the best the last thing ill be thinking of is "flukes"

  • its was the biggest fluke

  • @SuperCain88

Dan Carter doesnt have flukes, hes pure genius.

  • Crazy shit, at first I was like "haha epic fail" then "OMG what a kick!"

  • Holy crud ! Massive curve !

  • Did it go over?

  • @MyQwertyop yes

  • @MyQwertyop oooo naaaaa........ you dumb cunt

  • wooo

  • thats pretty impressive kick...its not ridiculous.....he curved it

  • it wasnt windy, hes just that good to do it

  • press 9

    Aplaus!

    :)

  • and it doesnt even look windy !

  • im sure someones already pointed it out, but its spelt conversion not convertion.

  • Theres no way in fucking hell thats real, if the wind was 100km/h maybe, but fuuuuuuuuuuuuuckit......no way

  • @Nexxus217356 he curved the ball haha, he made it spin so fast in mid air it changed course

  • Its just very windy.

  • pause it at 0:20

  • in rugby you cant curve the ball cause off its shape its not like soccer when ypou slice it and it curves ,here the wind controls the ball's curve

  • @StormFlank6 in rugby you can curve the ball by kicking the ball and point the ball to the oposite direction of the direction your foot is going so then you will hit the curve bit and will spin

  • @kelstonkings ok but then it should spin from the point where he kicks at...it only starts to swing the ball is halfway to the post

  • @StormFlank6 in rugby you can curve the ball by kicking the ball and point the ball to the oposite direction of the direction your foot is going so then you will hit the curve bit and will spin

  • @kelstonkings Yeah mate you go and try in the backyard lol Show us all how its done!

  • @oldfool666 done it all ready mate but a grubber version

  • @StormFlank6 the ball curves in the direction it's spinning, rugby balls have a bigger chance of curving the soccer balls because of the shape, the ball was spinning like crazy when it curved, he also kicked it into a strong wind so that helped.

  • shit yarn

  • @1Opinionatedbastard i think it was a kiwi commentator putting on an aussie accent cause its got all the sky NZ stuff cause ive never heard an aussie on sky before. but the clip was pulled from australian coverage on FOX i think

  • @3wrighty It wasn't an Australian it was a New Zealander. That's not an Australian accent.

  • did he kick it or not?

  • @MrDaveo86 the flags went up so yes he kicked it

  • He just had to be THAT Australian and relate it to a boomerang... Noice one, mate.

  • @1OpinionatedBastard It wasn't an Australian it was a New Zealander. That's not an Australian accent.

  • @1OpinionatedBastard fail, i realise people have already pointed it out but lol its a kiwi commentator.

  • @ShifteyFootball nah bra more like thurston

  • not a chance he wanted that to happen, don't give me that shit! that was a complete fluke you dicks!

  • @fewhavestrength He did an interview where he talked about on a windy day you have to kick it away from the posts and if it curve in then you look like an idiot. I think he DID mean to do it...

  • @Toolrocks717 if that's true fucin waw its amazing, but i just cant see it.

  • @fewhavestrength You've never seen someone curve the ball?

  • ALL BLACKS MOTHEERRFUUCCKERS !

  • @EazyE275 YEHHH BOIIII

  • that's called wind

  • @lucamolinari23 Fuckin idiot. if you knew a thing or two about sports you would know he kicked the ball with the outside of his foot causing the spin, making it bend like that. try it sometime.

  • @MultiXR6 then you owe two coins to the swear jar from one kick

  • That is fucking unreal

  • @everyone in this 'boomerang conversation'. Aussies are the best, there's nothing you filthy new zealanders can do about it because we fuck you up

  • @lollawl0123 im a kiwi living in aus. and i just love it how when we've had the last 11 trinations.. you win 1 and get all big in the pants.. i dont follow super 14 so i dont know our history.. but for the last decade us kiwis have fucked you up in just about everything. peace

  • @lollawl0123

you think your hard, lets see yhu try in super 14 and destroying our team,if you dont, that means yhu cant even do wat yhu can ssay asshole,so keep ur mouth shut

  • @RR0aR he didnt claim shit he said it was like a boomerang not we own the rights to the boomerang. Whinging bloody Aussie

  • i'm no rugby fan but OMFG THAT WAS THE FUCKING SHITTT!!!!

  • that was sick

  • ok, i think if it is possible for your brain to have an orgasm....mine just did

  • @colbran wtfcuk are you on about ? i never said that lmao.

  • @420partyatmine haha and before that did you not hear "that is unbelievable" you know why? cos aussie's can't kick like that. why the hell would we claim a fucken boomerang ? thats just a dumb line.

  • i could watch this all day

  • ...bender!

  • how was that for style

  • and thats why all blacks are number one. i'd like to see aussies try THAT. IN YAAAH

  • @RR0aR didn't you hear the commentator? "That’s a boomerang” mate we invented that. Not surprising though that a kiwi would try and claim it.

  • @RR0aR

Who said anything about trying to "claim it " LOL. You need to wash those big Aboriginal ears out with soap. I heard no mention of the commentator trying to "claim it". LMFAO

  • @420partyatmine Hahaha thats rich coming from an aussie, anyway why the fuck would NZ want to claim such a shity invention anyway?Boomerang=shity invention just like its countries rugby team

  • thaa fucccck ? that was crazy

  • Curve it like Carter

  • the entire time i thought this was soccer, and he completely butchered that cross lol.

  • NFL is for gays. So much protection like they were girls...

  • Guy at 0:10 is eating oreo!

  • LMAO@even attempting to compare this this to a Padball player coming on the field a handful of times a game to kick a goal from right in front.

  • 51 people fail in rugby thumbs up if you agree :P

  • holy shit no one can believe it check his teammates face at the end ahahaha

  • @UndisputedBuzz shut up elliot hahaha win

  • thous 51 ppl that disliked are just jealous that thewy can't kick like the great DC.

  • THIS IS A UNION HIGHLIGHT!!! LOL

  • Who cares about the whole "NFL vs. Rugby" thing...to all the american football fans, STFU! American football evolved off rugby, same way rugby evolved off soccer. So without rugby there'd be no american football. Just respect the sport for what it is and vice versa for rugby.

  • wow! he's an ambi-kicker!

    left leg ftw!

  • Midnightrambler3760 Isnt it funny how we all get into stupid, heated discussions on here ah? Have a great day everyone !!

  • Comment removed

  • Midnightrambler3760 come on bro they are wrapped in cotton wool and has a helmet. While your on here check out Dan Carters videos like the all blacks vs lions game.

  • @thelinklaters When the Chicago Bears toured England back in the 80's, they played an exhibition game with a rugby team. One of the english players said the linebacker hit him harder than he had ever been hit in his life.

I challenge you any day to strap on the "cotton wool and helmet" and give it a try.

  • @Midnightrambler3760 I don't doubt it but 1980's professional NFL player versus amateur local rugby player...No contest.

  • Lol at comparing rugby or league to american football. american football has nothing on rugby or league. Get the helmets and shoulder pads off you steroid injecting pooftas.

  • @untitled06 I was not comparing the two sports, I have played both and know how difficult each is.

All I was saying is that teh kicker in american football has much less time and is being attacked while trying to kick. He does not have the luxury of standing around and taking his time.

  • Midnightrambler3760 the other thing with American football kicker is thats his only job to do, kick the ball.He kicks then hides. Carter has to control the hole game. Add up a whole season of how long the kicker is on the field and it would be about 5 min

  • @thelinklaters Yes it probably would be 5 minutes but it is an intense 5 minutes. try it some time.

In contrast this guy had 5 minutes to line up 1 kick, LOL

  • @Midnightrambler3760 A kicker in rugby only has a minute and thats it. Plus in football its always kicked from in front of the posts on a pitch that isn't that wide

  • @ygnir1 It is not always kicked in froot of the posts, it can go as wide as the hash marks. 1 minute is an eternity in american football, plus an american football is harder to kick than a rugby ball.

  • @Midnightrambler3760 Nfl hash marks are no wider thant the goal posts.

  • @Midnightrambler3760 But the kicker in American Football doesnt have to steady himself after been knocked around by bigger guys for the whole game. Kickers in American Football just sit on the bench

  • who dislike this mean they are jealous ~~ ,,, weird,,,,

  • who dislike this mean they are jealous ~~ ,,, weird

  • Only Dan Carter could pull this off! Impressive! =D

  • as a wallabies supporter, this is why i get so frustrated!!

  • Sick Kick! That was great!

  • is it just me or is there constant booing. Then again that wouldnt be surprising being that this is rugby.

  • Holy godmotherofpearl

  • how does he do that???

  • dan the man

  • dan carter just pulled off a "ridiculous kick" like it says on the title of the video and people actually dislike it. What actually would make someone want to dislike something as amazing as this?

  • @TheSurgexX I think they disliked it because this is a routine kick in american football.

  • @Midnightrambler3760

Seppo footy goal kickers are one trick ponies who only ever kick from straight in front. This bloke is one of the greatest rugby players of his generation kicking from a postion that would be outside the field of play on an American field, which is less than 50m wide. The equivalent of this in seppo footy is the quarterback kicking the goal from the first row of seating. If that's routine then I might start watching a bit more NFL.

  • @alby2453 Yes, but the rugby player gets to line it up and take a minute to concentrate.

The ball is not even in place for the fieldgoal kicker until it is snapped. At that point he has under a second to get it off. The holder has to receive the snap and put the ball down in place while the kicker is moving towards the ball.

Any minor delay or bobble between the center, holder and kicker and the play is a bust.

  • @Midnightrambler3760 Also a rugby ball is easier to kick than an american football whch is much more oval shaped and less bouncy than a rugby ball.

Picture the rugby guy standing with the other team lined up 7 yards away. When he starts his motion towards the ball (which is not even there yet) the other team rushes him. His holder puts the ball down and he must place it perfectly for teh kicker.

Also the football usually leaves on a higher trajectory, that kick would have been blocked.

  • @Midnightrambler3760 the "snap" in american football is not hard at all but then again nothing in any american sports really is. you cant seriously believe what you're saying so stop talking out your arse. comparing an american football kick to what dan carter just did is a joke so stop embarrassing yourself. lets see an american football kicker attempt that and see what happens.

  • @Jumdabum This guy kicked the ball at the 20 second mark. By that time in american football he would have runover, stomped into the ground and a nice eulogy said over his body.

  • He is chuck norris son

  • how can people dislike this bloody brillant kick

  • Dan carter = Gods Child

  • youre not allowed to use remote controlled flying balls!!!!

  • Bend it like Carter

  • ...that's a boomerang

  • Dan Carter just told that ball to curl and it did. Dan Carter = God.

  • dan carter is fucking nasty!!!!

  • Roberto Carlos free kick vs France lol

  • @GarethMJTilley it reflects on how bad the sport is if they can't get a ground that puts the wind down a bit or to the fact too pov to buy that sort of equiptment

  • Kiwis are just second rate Aussies,

  • @zimmaman19 apart from the fact theyre better at rugby

  • This just shows how bad the sport is

  • @MrFishroxursox care to explain that statement?

  • ok that's just showing off...

  • check out keevon harris of warren ohio

  • i was there that night, no sfx although the wind was blowin like hell that night, nevertheless that kick was all carter

  • surely that wasn't deliberate

  • @Jonny3663 It's Dan Carter: best rugby player in the world. I can assure you that was very deliberate.
