I have the M750, and I'm gonna be honest, its a really ugly computer, I have the M750 only with Windows XP Tablet Edition which sucks!!. But with windows 7 it rocks!! In my opinion, if really don't care how ugly it is. It's a good computer to buy.
Looks like the demonstrator, who's working very carefully not to make any misteps, even has a few screw ups.
Not the greatest of most usefull of technologies, and seriously, why when Apple or anyone else shows this crap off do they just show off zooming images, that's so not useful at all. Show me the entire workflow of using a machine like this, and be as fast or faster than a mouse, and if not at least faster than a laptop touchpad.
It's in fact very useful, maybe just not for everyone. Artists working digitally like me, who use their tablet pcs like a canvas/sketchbook love these kind of functions because normally I would need to change tools to zoom when the screen has been twisted and shut on top of the keyboard (ie. all the tool shortcuts) But I agree it's hardly an interface/workflow revolution.
Does anyone have this and use it for Art purposes? like sketching and painting. i plan on getting it and it seems like toshiba is a pretty good brand for art
well i got mine :P it works great, the edge detection gets a little screwed up on the top of the screen sometimes but i just gotta remember to drag the part im focusing on to the center of the screen lol other than that it seems to be working great :)
kind of, ill be drawing or painting, and ill get to a certain point on the edge and it will glitch, and send a straight line up the art, so ill have to pull the ddrawing down and erase that line, it doesnt happen often but if you dont notice it happen then it can sometimes be too late to fix easily :\ but yea besides that all the other edges work great, just to the top middle
I recently bought this tablet pc and I've just returned it, because the touch screen didn't work. It has the ability to put you very nervous!!!!! As you seen in this video, the especialist has a lot of problems to do very simple actions, imagine to do more precise actions... Finally you have to connect a mouse, to work in normal conditions. Toshiba people, you must do things well done before selling them!
In this video, the demonstrator seems to have no problem demonstrating the product. The person holding the camera at the same time, however, does. Don't spam multiple videos with your seemingly isolated negative experience.
It's all built into the Windows operating system. All that is needed are the necessary drivers, which allow customizing functionalities. This process is very similar to the OSX operating system, and can be experienced with Wacom's other products.
please post here link driver please.

That sounds fantastic! Looking forward to my savings being well spent.
:]
So when you say the edge detection is screwed up, do you mean there's a gap of unresponsiveness?
