I like both Tway Mcshawn and Lone Chaw. They were the first Lethwei fighters I saw fight here on Youtube. Also both of them are the most technical I have seen thus far.

Tway is really good lethwei fighter, but I think the best lethwei fighter in Myanmar is Saw Shark lol. Saw Shark can lift Tway up and push Tway down easy lol..

Actually Win Tun overall has a better grasp of Lethwei than Tway. Tway just has not met a guy who can throw the lethwei Skyward fist and jumping knee to perfection yet. Win Tun tried those things but he executes them incorrectly and ends up losing badly. Also one of the solutions to Tway's bull guard is straight elbow or uppercut elbow. The only one who could beat Tway is knee expert Lone Chaw.

I ain't agree WT is better than Tway. They met 2 times. WT never made it. Every action Tway does has intention. Win Tun never attack his opponent belly.Tway can attack every part of his rival.I find Tway kicks better than WT. His elbow is much better than WT. And his head butt.Finally Tway got more intelligent in fighting than his opponent.Lone Chaw can make Tway to get ko by his right straight hand, not with his knee.Remember Tway ko both win tun and yan gyi aung who got draw with Lone Chaw.

Ok re-read what I said. I said Win Tun has a better grasp of Lethwei than Tway. However having a better grasp of Lethwei does not translate to winning. For example, I have 100% full grasp of Lethwei and been training the system for 2 years now. But even though I have better knowledge of Lethwei I couldnt beat Tway McShawn. And I agree Tway is more intelligent than Tway but the correct counter to Tways walk in bull guard is the knee attacks. Lone chaws punching sucks badly.

lone chaw knee sucks. his punching is not good, i agree. wht i said is his straight right hand. he never ko other by his knee, only by his straight right hand. u can see it in LC vs YGA and LC vs the Thai guy. the only way to fight Tway is to fight like him. be hard like him. and last be more tactful than him.

Ahh you are very wrong. He KO Saw Shark twice by knees. He displayed double jumping knees on Zan Too. This is a very advanced move to land 2 knees in mid air. You try it. I've been doing Lethwei 2 years and I still have trouble pulling that move off. He did double mid air flying knees on Wan Chai that hurt him and then he KO'ed him while he was recovering.  To KO Wan Chai is not easy. Lone Chaw trained hard on knees to stop Wan Chai bull rush. All Lone Chaw has is the knee.

I did not say Win Tun was better. You need to read clearly what I said. The Tway's kicks and WT kicks are about the same. The only thing I agree with you on is that Tway has much better head butt. And belly punching is not a good idea in Lethwei. It's actually breaking the principle unless the opponent has crappy elephant steps. If the opponent has sucky elephant steps sure belly punching is fine. Yes I am fully aware of WT losing twice to Tway. WT Elephant step/bullguard are better.

The only big negative thing I can comment on Win Tun is that he is too passive and too nice in the ring. He misses too many opportunities to finish his opponent. Tway is correct in being very mean in the ring. BTW the straight punch wont work on TMS since he has bull guard technique. To destroy bull guard has to be knee, or power uppercut or elbow. In fact, what I was saying if you read clearly the first time is that who else could beat TMS except for Lone Chaw not Saw Zwair lay or others

Jesus Tway is so damn powerful and walks in the T-800 terminator and its humorous to see Tway destroy and throw people around that are a foot taller then him.
