he is,but you have to find him.i forget exactly where but he's somewhere b4 you get to the precinct.if you kill him (he takes alot of ammo if memory serves) and check his body,you can get a key which gives you access to different outfits (again i forget where.sorry ^_^ i do remember it's in the precinct somewhere though)

You actually have to make it all the way to the police station without picking up anything along the way, anything at all! That includes weapons, ammo or health. If you make it somehow (it's really hard) you'll meet him at the underpass, just outside of the station.

I did this once in ps1. I haven't used any of my ammo till i got to him and then emptied it all on him and he still wouldn't die. I had to stab him too and barelly made it out alive.

The reward is the key to a closet that's placed inside the 1rst or the 2nd safe room, in the uper corner of the room. There is a lader above that safe room and if you go up that way you see Sherry for the very first time in the game.

That closet contains a high powered revolver gun (probably magnum), some ammo for it and some costumes (don't remember the costumes part at all actually), however i do remember the damage that weapon does on a zombie. Probably stronger than the granade launcher.
