He climbed the wheel cause he was told to move his caravan which he and his family lived in. And went completly crazy and decided to climb the wheel and threatened to hang himself.
But in the end he just took off most his clothes had a ciggy and fell asleep ontop of the wheel for hours!
Stupid idiot....but least he got down ok.
