The British soldiers knew only to fight for colonisation. The Turkish soldiers were fighting for their patriacy. No British soldier, in that moment, could know or measure the ability of Turkish patriots in that moment.

@hepafos look, almost every documentary at this time about WWI was to show the greatness of the hosting country. after the war, the survivors didn't want to hear it was fruitless (which it was) so the documentaries about the war were, on both sides, to the "greater glory of king and country"
