I am movin to the area in December. I really seriously considered quincy to live not only becasue it seems a little more affordable but seem like you dont have to risk your saftey for afordability. Is this a safe area????? I am from tennessee so I am just checking right now.
nice vid, my dad was born in quincy and lived his whole childhood in the wollaston neighborhood of quincy, my grandfather still does, im there all the time, and i love it....but they really need to fix the roads in wollaston, theyre seriously the worst in the state
Actually, I am adding the Beach. They have been doing the beach over and I have been waiting for them to finish. They are just about done, so pictures should be coming soon.
Wow! what memories .. I was born n raised in Quincy now living in Rockland, ME ..I havent been there in over 20 yrs. Really miss it even more now..lol yes captions would help. Sadly forgetting much of it.
It's a south Korean company that bought it out. They're moving it to Bulgaria. I got a tour of it just last week from the PM of the company that's moving it. I should probably post those pictures as I'm positive I was the last non-construction worker to go up into it.

Actually they are starting to pave some streets throughout Quincy. I don't know if they will be doing the Wollaston section or not.

The Quarries are a great place to hike. There is also a group that does rock climbing at the quarries. I used to swim there years ago.

Great stuff, thanks for posting this. I easily recognized everything, no captions needed. Could have shown some of the beaches though.

Houghs Neck is great. Especially this time of year.
At one time is was a summer resort area, now mostly year round.
