@XsandesPL Did you set up the settings correctly? If you start Universal Launcher then press the "Settings" tab you have to specify where your Texmod.exe is located on your harddrive. Try that.

@iSebiify Add an Alpha channel by pressing "A" or go into Layer>Transparency>Add alpha channel. Then if you use the ereaser and remove parts of your picture or remove the background, it will become transparent. But you have to (or it's easiest) save it as .PNG to keep the alpha channel.

If I click RUN, is a warning: that i must start TDU2 over Steam. I think it's so but i have TDU2 buy over steam :(

@BongoMong0 You have to use a Non-Steam version of TDU2 to get it to work. Easiest way is to borrow a friends disc, install it but use your TDU2 cd-key. OR download a copy of TDU2 from torrent and use your own cd-key. That way you'll get a legit, non-cracked version of TDU2. No need to use Steam then. You can of course launch the game as a "non-steam-game" and still access the steam chat etc.

@FireRoad2 You select Online or Offline mode, then tick the little box next to TexMod and then press Create Mutex, then press Launch TexMod and TexMod should be started

I can't connect to the TDU 2 server when I'm using TexMod...Do I have to do this offline?

@kartracer97Tutorials Sometimes when you start the game with TexMod it won't load any game sessions. I had the same problem before but then I just exit the game and restarted it from TexMod, after some tries it worked. But nowadays I don't have any problems at all.

Some ppl use LightLauncher too, but I'm fine with just TexMod, and that's why this tutorial is only using TexMod.
