@BaddaBigBoom Still perfectly Lancs... people in central Lancashire pronounce "r"s like Americans and Irish people, the rest has grown a bit more "continental", but... listen to how he says "band"! :-)
normally in these multi language translating interviews it's pretty clear what they are translating but this interviewer keeps switching from french to english halfway through a sentence without taking a breath, i think jon was almost as lost as i was

@BaddaBigBoom People change a little when they are in another country, plus they like to honor the person (Such as this interviewer) Plus, Alan White, who lives here in Seattle has somewhat of and American and British accent, blended. It just happens.
lol.. interesting, i've never met a yes fan who didn't like steve howe.. wtf? he comes up with some brilliant guitar stuff. he's not that sloppy, really. it could be a WHOLE lot sloppier. for example jimmy page lolz. (who i also think is still a great guitar player)
INTERESTING! JON AS ALWAYS A CHARISMATIC AND BUSY PERSON, ROCK SOFT ROCK FREEEEEE!!! FUTURISTIC GREAT!! siempre!! THANK YOU MONTREAL AND LONG LIVE JON ANDERSON!!!!!!

His accent seems to go all over the place, one minute American tainted, one time Mancunian tainted, and here -just a hint of French. Hmm.

Wow, here he is in 1994 talking about mixing acoustic music with nature sounds - three years later 'earthmotherearth' is born! :)
