@LuxieLulu13 You should re-calibrate the screen. It's really easy. Just go to the menu, choose "touch screen options" and then choose "screen calibration". It will demonstrate how to do it. I have the phone, and I wondered why the screen didn't obey me, but then I re-calibrated it and it worked again. So sometimes the screen just needs a little pampering.

The touch screen will deteriorate after about 6-months of usage. Battery life also sucks. Just get a Samsung Star / Tocco or Monte if you want an affordable touchscreen phone.

it's crap, not even 6 months old & the touch screen has given up! now i cant access my contacts. my network service provider are giving me an exchange unit but all my contact numbers are lost! well at least until my contacts get in touch again, which i will then have to request numbers from them again, dissappointed user

if your wiget thing is orang ur on the wrong screen.. your on the speed dial screen. The pop has 3 home screens .. u move between the 3 screens by sliding your finger horizontally from one of the screen to the other... u can go both ways left to right or right to left... no difference.

Also, is anyone getting the maximum number of applications reached msg... n know how to fix it ?? :s
