may scenes are reversed (called pseudostereoscopic = left and right views are swapped) so one needs to swap glasses or hit the 3D button when viewing on a 3D monitor (which swaps the views)

@icorey10 no since the swapped views are not in the whole video - single clips are only swapped - so you did render it wrong by swapping the views of single clips

@icorey10 well since you have mixed this video out of several differnt ones you should still have the single clips - correct? check them if they are swapped by loadiign and playing them with StereoscopicPlayer or SMM
