Just got this album today. The quality is bad, bad, bad though. I heard the production was not the greatest, but surely not this bad. There is a static noise that almost drowns out the music. Anyone know anything about this? I played the CD on Windows 7 Media Player, if that makes a difference. Thanks

@sigimaster14 Songs for the Deaf is definately the best qotsa album and also their debut album, but the main reason i like sogns for the deaf is because it has Dave Grohl on drums (who is god) but era vulgaris and lullabies to paralyz are pretty week compared to the likes of Blues for the Red Sun and Sky Valley. Josh Homme is a genius, but his genius lives and dies with Kyuss. Oh and btw Scott Reeder > Oliveri ( although Oliveri is a damn good bass player) x
