A very nice clock. I assume they were in the style of the "Vienna regulators". This one is a spring movement as apposed to a single or double weight one. Chiming clocks had three weights The reproductions are horrible things. Get a genuine one. You can usually disable the strike or chime if you want to.
@ethen24 There are "fake" ones by companies like Bulova and others that are quartz battery clocks and have digital recordings for the chimes played through a speaker. They sound about the same but cost about 10% the price of a real mechanical one. See the video of my Bulova clock, it is about 15 years old so the digital recording technology wasn't as advanced back then, I'm quite sure the sound quality is much better on recent models, although the sound is still very good. See my video.
I had a grandfather clock with Hermle chain movement. It sounded so nice but it got sold :( you can see that grandfather clock when you watch my video with my fish tanks.
I love clocks (real clocks).
Cheers!

What is the name of the tune they all seem to play? Can I get one that plays that same tune.
